Description:
Join us on this fun, lightly rolling course through Gypsy Hill Park for Staunton's largest and most competitive 5k race. After a two-year hiatus, we welcome back crowd support from spectators arriving early for the parade that follows as part of the Happy Birthday America celebration! Participants will receive a race shirt and awards will go to the top three overall winners as well as the top age group winner. All profits benefit the Salvation Army's Neediest Families Program. This is a rain or shine event.
Registration:
Register by 6/16: $25 (guaranteed unisex t-shirt option)
6/16-7/4: $30 (t-shirt while supplies last)
Packet pick-up: Early Packet Pick Up will take place at Sole Focus Running Shop, 210 N Central Ave, Staunton VA on 7/2 from noon-4pm and 7/3, 4pm-5pm. Race Day packet pick-up, 6:30-7:15am.
Awards:
Awards will be given to the top 3 overall male and female finishers, and to the top winner in each age group: 10 & under, 11-14, 15-18, 19-29, 30-36, 37-45, 46-55, 56-65, 66 & over.
